International customers please note that manufacturers may refuse to honor the warranty of a product purchased from EnterPlayMent, especially electronics; since the warranty might only be honored in the United States. Please be aware of this when buying from EnterPlayMent.

• In-Stock - This means that the product is in-stock, either at our warehouse or at one of our wholesaler's warehouse. Depending if the product is in-stock at our warehouse or our wholesaler's warehouse these products usually ship in 1-2 business days.


In-stock needs to be backordered: We try to keep the in-stock inventory status message as up-to-date as possible, but as products move in & out of our warehouse sometimes a product can say in-stock when in reality it needs to be backordered. If this is the case, we will immediately go ahead and place the backorder for you.

However, you may cancel backordered products anytime you want as long as they are NOT processing.


• BackOrder - These types of products are usually either hard to find product titles, or products that are high in demand; so a backorder is needed to bring them back to in-stock status. These products ship as soon as the product becomes available!


Rare/low demand backorder products can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If your backorder hasn't arrived within that timeframe we will automatically cancel your order.

You may cancel backordered products anytime you want as long as they are NOT processing.

HOLIDAY SHOPPING: Please note that if you place an order for a backorder product; delivery times are not known and you may receive this product after the holiday!

Once we place a backorder with our wholesaler; they don't provide us with any information until they are ready to ship the order to us. So please keep this in mind when emailing us regarding the status of your backorder.


• Pre-Order - This means that the product has not been released yet, but you can still place an order for it. You will be charged for this product only once we ship the order out to you.
  
  Pre-order products are usually products that have not been released yet by the studio; so ordering pre-orders are a great way to get the first copy out once the product hits the streets.

In-stock products usually ship within 1-2 business days; depending on inventory location!
Backorder/Pre-Order products ship as soon as the product becomes available. You will not be charged until the product is shipped!

Under rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed up to 1 week. In this circumstance, users will be notified during the checkout process of such delays before submitting an order!
- These delay are usually due to website or warehouse maintenance updates.

Shipping transit times are based on when your order ships; not when your order is placed!

EnterPlayMent may make changes to the products that are listed on the website without prior notice to the customer. Some of the product changes that you may see will be to the product's description, price, and images.

There may be some programming or typographical errors within the website and EnterPlayMent shall not be liable to you for any such inaccuracies.

In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price due to display, typographical, and supplier pricing errors; we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect priced product.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.
