Due to certain Local, State, and Regional Laws we cannot deliver any Adult DVDs to certain locations. We currently use USPS for priority mail shipping, and DHL for courier shipping. We use both shippers for domestic and international shipping.

We do offer partial shipping to our customers. We ship products of your order as soon as they become available. There are no additional shipping costs for this service, and we use this service to expedite the arrival of your products.

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method that is chosen. You can view the current delivery times on different shipping methods during the checkout process of your order.

Please note that postal delays are infrequent, but they do happen occasionally; so please allow an additional day or two before contacting our customer service department.

Also, customs can sometimes delay delivery times; so we will only consider a product has been lost, stolen or mis-placed once 3 weeks have passed.

Some customers may be subject to taxes, customs duties and/or additional fees which are charged by the receiving customs office when a shipment reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the receiver in accordance to the import laws of the receiving country. They usually depend on the value of the contents of the package.

We do not have any control over those charges nor can we estimate the customs charges of every country. Thus we cannot be responsible for the payments of these charges.

Also, please be aware that in some countries, shipments from outside the borders may be subject to verification. This means that some packages may be opened by customs officials in order to comply with the receiving country's laws and duties.

We have found that some countries confiscate adult DVD movies. It is your responsibility to know your country's customs laws on the importation of pornographic material(s). We will not refund orders that are confiscated by customs. We will not reship adult products that have been confiscated.
